Well , a helpful response at last . This is what i'm really asking . If i enter and take my boat , i'll have to launch and retrieve at the causeway , maybe jamaica beach , but it's a saturday and tournament day and may be no parking . Weigh in 4:30pm , 5 pm results . Sunset at about 5:30 pm . For me to get back to my launch , i'd have to leave about the time the results are being announced . No visiting and such . What do others do ? I was going to enter but it doesn't look feasible . You should see if the sea isle ramp can be used since you are renting ( i assume ) their facilities . It makes sense to launch and retrieve where the weigh in is . But , you have been doing this for years , what do i know .

You can launch at Sea Isle anytime you want. There is a ramp right by the bar. You cannot launch at the ramp by the cleaning table. That is for residents.

Thanks addict ( he ) , that one is sanded in and good luck trying to back a boat trailer into the water with the restaurant parking lot full and cars coming and going on saturday night . Years ago i bashed in a car's side panel there . It was sticking out into the far ramp, i couldn't see well in the dark .

the residence ramp wont be open but the other one should be. not very much parking though and shallow.

Thanks , harvey . But tropheytroutman and i planned to fish this months ago . You can just tell me where all the big trout are though . Har ! But , now i'm having second thoughts if i have to motor off at 5 pm . What's the point ?

Plugger-The run from Sea isle to Jamaica Beach is fairly simple, so if ya got a GPS, just follow the purple or blue line back to JB from sea isle-I do it often, in the dark, after a beer or two. My biggest worry is some dang unlit kayaker. I swear one of these days someone is gonna get run over in their yak because of no lights and being out at dark. KAYAKERS-PLEASE use your sense and make darn sure you are lighted at night-I'd hate to run one of you over!!

I'd love to fish with termo John. I'd even stake him and play on halves but I think procure is outlawed, as should be.
