                        Yep , silently fishing over neck deep mud in a kayak is super . Warmer and quite . Honestly , I've waded deep mud in shallow water during winter and I don't know how you can't help spook fish for a half mile with all the splashing , sucking , and cursing . SISCO , you have a kayak ? The only thing is you are limited in range with a kayak . My winter fishing for the last several years has been limited to kayak fishing but I want to do more wading / drifting with the boat for a change this winter .
