they have drain holes which helps you wash them out. best reels you can buy. spray a little WD40 in them too. have had mine for 2 yrs and still like new.

the fishing was good,it was the catching that was bad.

I haven't had any problems with my chronarchs or curados getting wet inside.

I know mine took a few waves in the yak last time we were out but it seems totally fine. I'm really impressed with the chronarchs so far and I'm wondering if the curado e 's would be even better?
