  • Bay Adventure Sportfishing?

Hey guys I was given a 50% off coupon for a full day fishing trip for 2 from Bay Adventures Sportfishing, Captain Steve Auld. I was looking into buying a trip to fish west bay to help with learning the the area, spots to fish and just some tips/info in general. Has anyone fished with this guide before?

No , but if you tell him in advance what you want , any captain worth his salt should accommodate you . If you want to learn a bay tell him . If you have a boat take it so you can plug in tracks into coves , around reefs , waypoints , and fish here symbols . I've done it . You will be doing more motoring than fishing but that's to be expected if you want to learn a bay . Ask what time of year to fish there , tide , etc . Good luck !

Take a pad and pen to take notes on the spots , seasons to fish there , whatever . Later you can put those notes on your GPS . You will forget otherwise .you can review note pads too .

He's a top notch fisherman and knows West Bay very well. Pay attention and you'll probably learn a lot.
