There are NO Flounder nor Redfish to be had anywhere near where Louis' Bait Camp is located.
There are NO Flounder stacking up on either side of the aforementioned RR bridge as well as upstream by the curve.
There are NO Reds or Trout to be found in the several holes that are back in Pierce Marsh you hit the cuts to get to.
There are NO Tailing Reds to be found in the grass between the RR tracks and Moses Lake.
There aren't any Flounder that are worth keeping to be found anywhere near Harbourwalk.
There are never any big Trout to be found in the "Gar Hole" or in the run to it.

And lastly, there are plenty of "Potlickers" that have thought I was crazy headed into Pierce with my 22ft Skeeter when they don't know how to get back to the "getting spots" in a flatbottom and have raised the single finger salute as I blasted by them as they blocked the entrance fishing with old frozen dead shrimp....

      'Nuff Said!

Lmao Rocky! We need to go fish brotha!

When did that start? I must have missed the memo. That's good news for those of us in plastic boats.

Well since they opened that Restaurant over there, (Floyds) the main gate is open. Lemme tell ya ---- commercial style bait and amenities ! Gas, bait, multiple ice machines, kind of cool and private launch, reminded me of a commercial marina .... However, for the early morning fishers it may not be accessible, but if your a mid day to dusk guy --- best ramp, hands down. I think the main gate is open at 9am ---- You should check it out ---

I called harborwalk marina and "rob" said the boat ramp is not open to the public . Maybe fp 3 looks like he belongs there , but , characters such as curmudgeon and myself would quickly come under suspicion and promptly escorted out . They'd probably tase bruce if i told them he was a democrat .

To help anyone from wasting a trip, Harborwalk is not a public ramp. You need to be a resident or club member to use the ramps. The main guard gate is code key access only anytime Floyd's is not open. The boat ramps are also chained and locked. Anyone can go in by boat to the marina and ship store.

Bruce and I may act like we belong but our looks give us away . I don't have the blue hat with the gold anchor patch , ascot , starched white shirt and slacks , and deck shoes . Bruce's OBAMA t-shirt is a dead give away , too . Those uppity Harborwalk 1 percenters will spot us in a heart beat .

If they say anything, just act more obnoxious than them. That should work. Tell them the Obama shirt is your way of expressing satire and give a hearty rich person chuckle.
