Hey everybody. Just wanted yall's opinion on something. Thinking about fishing the surf tomorrow morning, but im unsure on how this cold front has affected the fishing. Should I fish the bay instead? Any help is appreciated.

I have been wanting to hit the surf for a while now. Checked out swellinfo.com and looks like this will be a good opportunity to do some fishing. Thanks for the help Robalo. I'll make sure to post how it went.Comment

The only difference that I've seen is that during the summer, you can work your Artie normal to fast. During the cold weather, you work your Artie slower. Sometimes, real sloooowwww. Their metabolism is slower during cold weather and winter. Hope this helps. Lord Bless.

go to the surf! use live mullet and you will catch all types of fish. take a cast net and you will have all the bait you could ever use. I will be there again tomorrow.the fishing was good,it was the catching that was bad.

Definitely catching some finger mullet for bait tomorrow. I have been trying to better my skills in using artificials. This might be a good day to practice before the winter months. Thanks for your help guys.Comment
