  • West End Fishing Blooper

This was a first for me! Wow, I said out loud! Got a reel that needs cleaning. Anyone else got a blooper video or story to share from the West End? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSkWl10A0lM

I'm glad I was able to see it happen in person. Go Team Kell Kell.

Hahaha! Love the slow motion! Wish we had bee on camera casting to a redfish and throwing his whole rod and reel at him!

I was following a pod of reds and stood up in my kayak. Didn't know that there was an small underwater clump of oysters. Yak hits the oysters, I go head first into the drink.

I hate those random oyster clumps! I hit one this morning on the way to the duck blind in the dark!

Yup. Excellent video! We've all done these things. I have a no sides boat that I have stepped off into the water more times that I can count. My favorite was at the pass in front of several folk having a party on their pier. Got lots of laughter...of well...if I cant laugh at myself I am missing one the best jokes around I think.

Nope. Just casting to my right. But I do sometimes need to avoid the camera!

Here is a Daiwa Zillion on a Charlie custom rod on a reef in Chocolate if anyone wants to go and find it! Yep, it has happen to most of us, but gives you an empty feeling when you see $ 500 plus drop into the water.
