Superspook Danny and myself had solid action on the sand trout for over 3 hours this morning. Most fish were over 15" and we probably caught over 30. Danny managed one with spots but he was the one and only. Finally talked Danny into laying the cocohoe minnow down and fish some pearl/hot orange shrimp tails so he could catch up. Lol. Just funnin, Dano.

you made me a believer on those tails, and I still didn't catch up!
the fishing was good,it was the catching that was bad.

I just checked the Galveston barametric pressure ...29.87 . Light north wind with this high pressure dome still over the area . That usually doesn't help a good feeding bite . SE wind is to come back Friday , maybe Thursday . That will help trigger a better feed . But the lower humidity now sure feels good .

Went for a couple hours in Seabrook and managed couple flounder between 9 am til 11....pretty slow though.

Great catch. Might be using the wrong tail. Lord Bless.

We released all the fish. Just had a lot of fun catching! And yes they fry up as good as any.

WTG! I didn't have your numbers but a caught a few Sandies and I Spec from my dock. Saw some big girls in my light last night feeding from 11pm - 3am.... I should have tried then.
