Winter fisssshing.

Figured we messed sneekys thread up enough.Gilbert Christmas was way off.I fish west bay in the winter,But way,way north is where the big girls are.So is everyone ready for winter fishing.I love going out and catching fish.But when you leave the house in search of the big one its a whole new ball game.I don't start my serious fishing till this time of year.I leave the house expecting the big one or nothing.Ok its still a little early for that.But I'm ready.

Hey Fuzzy I am gonna spend a lot of time out there too. Winter is great no jet skis. Very few anglers. This year I am going to get some waders with a zipper for I can whiz from time to time. Anyone got any good ideas where you can buy waders that zip. FTU wants 600.00 Bass Pro only wants 200.00 but they are way to long.

I am definitely ready for Winter! I will be hitting Matty some this winter also lookin' for the big girl, but most of the time I will be in W bay.....

Stay away from the ones with Zippers....They tend to fail and you don't want really cold water on the boys to ruin a good trip! Just get breathables and wear good underclothing.

Whizzing is a hassle with regular waders. But That would be heck it they leaked.

If I dont drink any beer I whiz about three times when I fish. I drink about 8 bottles of water no problem. Three beers three whiz's.

This will be the first winter for me on the west end, so if anyone wants to jump in I am willing to take the boat anywhere to find a fatty. In other words, PM me if you want to fish.
