Nothing at all wrong with keeping sand trout. Would have made some beautiful fillets. I've got fish in the freezer right now on the verge of freezer burn and didn't need to add to that situation. I'd like to think I'm a responsible conservative to the fish resource.

Finally got a chance to post my comments about fishing Sunday with Harvey and Chris........Been busy in my anger management classes, but that's over since I got thrown out of class 'cause some guy kept sitting too close to me and potlicking all my anger issues. We set out early to Galv Bay and pulled up on that same reef again as last week and here comes another guy that dropped in behind me in my drift. This guy was more considerate and stayed a respectable way back and caught a few. Anyhow.....it was fun fishing with Chris (Reeltime) for the first time. He may have some good locations locked away in that Yeti mind of his, so I look forward to picking his brain in the future. We caught a load of sandies and a few reds and trout, but overall I had a good time with those yayhoos. Water was clear and 88 degrees. If I can offer any advise for right now in these conditions, if you can find some cloudy of off-color water next to that clear water, you will tear them up like Sisko and I did last week. Those trout are hiding in the dirty water next to the clear....fish the edges......just saying.......
