    Has anyone tried stuffing flounder with bacon?
    Yeah, and all the muchachas they call me big pappa, when I throw pesos their way!

    No...but I put it on top of my Redfish on the half shell to let the grease run through and take all the flavor with it!
    Sounds good though!

      Nevedr heard of such a thing but it sometimes takes a young buck to try new things. Go for it and lettuce know how it turns out.

        Do your self a favor and go get the cook books LOUISIANN KITCHEN by PAUL PRUDHOMME'S and LOUISIANNA taste.They have stuffings ,gumbos the whole nine yards even teaches you to cut the bones out before stuffing the flounder...Me and my friends call them the bibles.

            2112, I'll have to try that flounder/stuffing recipe, sounds and looks great. I'll make sure to have someone around to slap when I do. Bacon ? Personally, I feel that bacon is too strong and over - powers the delicate flavor of the flounder. And to me it's a mismatch with seafood. Crab, shrimp, oysters, fish, caribou all go together- oops, scratch that last one-and to mix a strong meat doesn't taste right.
