I have 2 minutes now as they think I'm still asleep until 7:30. As far as the recipes, it's all in the preparation. FOF knows I put Tony's on everything.
Or just dump it in a 3 day old boil...and your golden!

      One Fillet of Jack Crevalle
      Two Lbs. of Horse Droppings.
      One TBSP of Cayenne Pepper

Take Fillet and wrap Horse Droppings around Fillet in Foil. Make sure to wrap foil very tight. Turn oven to 375 Degrees. Place foil packet on middle rack of oven and cook 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Remove fillet and throw it in trash and eat the Horse Droppings because they'll taste better than that Jackfish!! Same recipe for Blackbirds, mudhens and carp.
      or

      Cedar Plank Jack Crevalle

Filet the jack and place a filet on a cedar plank
Cook over an open bbq pit until the cedar plank is charred.

Discard the fish off the plank and eat the plank.

Saw this thread and looked out in the garage. Found an old tackle box with two boxes full of the old "Coke a Ho" plastics. Forgot I had them.

Older version of the H&H Queen minnow on the left, newer verison on the right. Any opinions regarding the thicker paddle on the older version in its ability to catch fish compared to the newer version with a thinner paddle?
