Little Help...

Hey Gang...putting this on the main board in hopes of seeing a big response. I (through Coe and the site) am looking for donations that would be auctioned off and or raffled off at our annual Redfish Tournament in October. In addition to the fantastic fishing related prizes we receive, I am looking for prizes that anyone, fisherman or not, would enjoy winning. For instance, last year we some pretty fantastic artwork donated, a mini fridge, a yak, among others. This year I want to continue to make this a big money raiser for us to help out the kids again at Shriners. As a group we are approaching $20,000 over the last few years. I obviously plan on busting past that number by a good amount.

Things I am working on...a gun safe, commissioned art piece specifically for the tourney, and a trolling motor and or power pole.

I put this out there to see what ideas you all may have. Knives, guns, hunts, trips, dinners at a restaurant, whatever. Any kind of donation will be put to good use and raise money for the kids. Keep in mind that I also have written up tax receipts for each of you to utilize so that you can write off your donation amount (marketed value) on your 2014 tax return. That includes cash donations to be utilized towards the funding of the tournament.

I really appreciate all of you who have helped these last three years and I hope I can call on you once again...
