Yamaha C60

I bought a Pathfinder 17T and it has a 1999 Yamaha C60. Motor runs fine. Lower unit has water in the oil. It leaks lower unit oil out of the waterports. I have a few questions: where can I get parts here locally? Im in Pearland. Has anyone replaced their own seals?
