I have a project that I am working on that is going to require some sheet metal and some light fabrication work. The sheet metal work part is bending aluminum sheet into "Z" bar that is 3 inches x 1/4 inch by 3/4 inch, minimum length 16 inches, sheet thickness somewhere around 1/16".
The fabrication part is welding up a rectangular grill (like would go on a smoker or BBQ) from rod (preferably stainless) that is 16 inches wide by 32 inches long. External frame wire and mid-section support would be 1/4" rod, grill cross wires 1/8" or 3/16".
Anybody here that can help me, or that knows who can?
