Blue runner, also called hardnose. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_runner Plentiful here, and good to eat. I catch quite a few of them from the front yard with my fly rod.
We also caught a yellowtail snapper and a hind (type of grouper).

That water looks clear as a bell, can you see 10-15 ft. down or more? Miss that, being able to sight fish and see what you caught from 100 ft. down....Have fun out there...

Way too cool my friend, nothing like it around here. I remember fishing in a sulpher pit, up in Ohio, bright green water, and you can see the dump truck 30 ft. down....
