Geotubes or Como Lake

I am going to be making a trip to the GISP this weekend in the kayak. Will the geotubes be productive this time of year or should I stick to all the deeper water structure in Como Lake?

Good advice. Make sure you don't hook the geotube: you'll never get that lure back.

Thanks for the advice, I made it out there right as the weather turned for the worse, so I didn't get to do much fishing. Paul Brown lived right down the road from me when I was younger. He is a great guy, I'm glad to see his product being mass produced, I'm not thrilled to see them over 8 bucks though.
