I target Flounder often and have adopted a personal 5 fish limit this year same as i did trout about 8 years ago. i think the new limits are fine. i do kinda like the 5-5-5 idea.
I am ok with the new regs but believe that even if stocks recover we will never get back what is gone now. Guides shoud be happy, more chance of boat limits with reduced limits.
Timing has a lot to do with the outcome of a rain dance.
