    Me and harvey this morning. We may have done better if a guy hadn't pulled up with 20 ft. of us while we were drifting and some guy in a sea plane pulled up next to us later. I couldn't belive he said "what's the matter, guys...the fish can't hear this plane...it don't have a PROP!" Unfreaking believable!!!!!

    Nice work! Sorry to hear about the intruders. I'm guessing you let them live?? I think I might have sunk the sea plane.

          Three planes!!!! Wow-you two really got messed with by an air force. Very unusual. Call the GW and report them as harassing fishermen-get their plane number-maybe even call the FAA.

          Really great catching you both did! especially with plane potlickers around.

            I've never seen that kind of aircraft before, Jerry. They came in about 5 minutes apart, on the same course, lit on the water and proceeded to run across the bay on the belly of the plane for maybe 100 yards and took off again for Seabrook, I'm guessing.

              Touch and go water landing practice??? They were jet engined, not prop? Not bellywater carriers for fires?

                No actually they were kinda small, one man machines. I didn't see how they got airborne. No prop! Termo was raising so much hell with the one guy, I was embarrassed to ask him any questions. He did slow down the bite.

                  I wish I see one (not while fishing though!). They sound pretty darn cool. Personally I prefer the old Dehavilland or Otter-anything smaller and I aint sure my fat azz will let it take off from water!
