West End fishing with kids advice

I rented out a canal house this coming up weekend in Jamaica. Looks like weather is going to warm up. I almost exclusively wade fish arties in shorelines with buddies or Capt. Soule. I'm very familiar with West Bay, but was wondering if any of you had advice on where I could pull up, power pole or anchor onto a good live bait spot. I just want them to have some action and am not familiar live baiting. Size of fish doesn't matter.

Any westenders with kids around this weekend are welcome to join us. Should pull into Sea Isle each morning for gas and bait.

Live shrimp or croaker on a popping cork should get you some fish.

Steve might be able to give you some better ideas... but any of that shell / mud shell mix in west ... or even greens drift with live shrimp or croaker... How old are the kiddos?

Thanks for the responses guys. BTW Tobin, I've really gotten allot out of the Redfish and Trout videos. Soule gave me some ideas on where to go and he usually comes through. If any of you see me at the Sea Isle marina getting gas or bait, make sure to say hello and maybe head out with us. I've got a West End sticker on the windshield in a Sea Fox 220XT.
