What was burning Sunday?

I was fishing in the yak mid west bay yesterday and man o man something started burning north of the bay. I'm thinking north of Texas City? It was burning for a good hour.
Does anyone have info?

There was a massive fire i saw on the news at the Akson Noble plant. Not sure if you could see it from west but the plume of smoke and fire was huge. Thank God only one person was hurt, you may have seen some of tht fire.
