There will be a public forum concerning the pros (William Merrell) and cons (Jim Blackburn) of building the proposed Ike dike.

WHERE: Brown Auditorium (down stairs in the Cynthia law building), Museum of Fine Arts Houston, 1001 Bissonnet.
