Best place to catch bait?

Where on galveton is the best place to catch bait? I routinely fish the 91st pier and i buy bait on my way in. I buy mullet, shad, and shrimp and crabs, but I also want to have some fresh piggys and pinfish to use for redfish and shark bait. Where are some good places that I can catch a lot of bait in an hour a two. I have #4 and #6 sabiki's in my tacke bag for this purpose, but I do not know where the best place to use them is.

Never had much luck with the sabiki rigs. Cast nets in drainage ditches and back water drainage channels have produced best for me later in spring and summer.

Where are some good ones on the way in from houston. My cast net is 3/8 inch

There are many places in and around ClearLake and probably before the causeway along I45.
