I had my spiral stix snap on a fish this weekend. I was expecting all kinds of problems when I talked to him if he ever called back at all. Boy was I wrong. He is going to start on my new one tonight. Thanks Billy for your great customer service. The only new rods I buy will be stix from now on!!

Chip it was not a rock fish. I know for sure because even with a broken rod I got the fish in.
