palacious fishing???

Anyone have suggestions as to where to take some good fishing in down in palacious. I am leasing a friends house during the summer monthes and would like to get out to a few spots. gps coordinates good also. thanks for any help that you might offer

If you can run all the way across the bay, the south shoreline is awesome. it is a 13 mile run from the Palacios Harbor with no obstructions except fro a few rigs. There are guts, grass beds and marshes everywhere.
In Palacios, we fished Coon island cove and found some reds. It is on the East shoreline of Trs Palacios bay. Oyster lake is on the north shoreline of W Matty at the corner of Tres Palacios bay. You can get in under the bridge on the Tres Palacios side if your boat is less than 5' high or you can go around into the ICW and go in through the reefs on the far end. Fish the north shoreline. You can wade or drift.
