If memory serves, all should be well until about 7am. That's when they really hit the road. If you're headed to the water, might be a good idea to stay sane and hit 288 to 332 to Blue Water HWY.

i went yesterday around 4pm and the only bad traffic was on the seawall,it is closed from pleasure pier to the hotel galvez. broadway wasnt to bad and harbor side was almost empty on the way home. around 11pm.
