Well after much debate and talking with fellow founders we've decided to run a little test to see about the response and interest we get on 2 new products. Cody and I have been fooling around with different leaders and knots for the better part of 5 years now and we've pretty much nailed it down to our 2 favorites that we are going to now offer here on the website.
1. 3-4' snapper leaders w/ 6oz - 8oz weight. 6/0 circle hook, 100lb mono, ball swivel to attach to main line. (All tackle 100lb rating). You can have the option to add a Rosco Coast Lock Snap instead of the hook so you can add your own hooks of various sizes later or interchange when they get dull. ~ $3.00 / each
*These are by far my favorite deep drop rigs for fishing anything from Jetties to off shore
2. 3-4' 100lb wire leader for Kings and other toothy critters 100lb ball swivel to main line, hooks not supplied but leader will have a Rosco Coast Lock Snap on there so you can supply your own hooks for a variety of purposes. ~ $2.00 / each
3. Stingers can be added to any wire leader in 6" or 12". I will set the rig up so your good to go and just remove from bag, attach line and bait hook. ~ $1.00 / each
4. Leaders made upon request... You'd have to get with me and anything involving the two above and combination can be worked out. All wire leaders are hand tied no tools involved in bimini or haywire twists, this insurers there are no burs that can get caught in your hand when leadering a smaller fish. ~ $3.00 /each & UP
