Well, it looks kind of like that, but PVC, not metal. Sounds like Corndog has the same kind. I'm going to call Kresta's at lunch tomorrow. If they don't have what I'm looking for, I'll check at the hardware store when school gets out. If no luck, I'll give ya a holler Corndog. - Sandy

I've seen the plastic ones at academy but not solo. The come in a pack with the plate and plug.

Fishing Tackle Unlimited is a spacious outlet offering fishing supplies, apparel & gear, plus instructional books & DVDs.

This one? It's what I have and for some reason people like to remove it when they help clean the boat. Check with the last person he took and it may be in a front pocket. Been there done that!

                      Shoalwater Plug Emergency! Help!

Is it's garboard plug. Google they make them on stainless steel, brass and plastic.

Not sure if this is it but it's worth a look.

try west marine in a couple miles past Nasa to the right. They have a tone of different plugs and i have seen some threaded type there.

That's the one Randy! I wish FTU wasn't so darn far away! Everything useful is far away for me.
