with all these filets. No change, just another mixed bag of sandies and specks. Probably released 20 under sized (15-18") reds. They were fun to catch. That's a good hush puppy recipe there ... keep your batter cold and your pan not too smokin' hot and you got it.

I'm worried about yer ketchup consumption though!

Quick seafood cocktail sauce is usually made from ketchup but you add some hot sauce or fine-chop pecante. Horseradish is the key ingredient. Most slap in a little lemon or lime and some Woosher Sauce. Mix that up and testest that.
