Going to be fishing with Sawdust, Coach Pete, and Charlie Paradowski next month down there. Worked seven years off and on building that nuclear plant and never stepped a toe in that water. Hope it's all it's cut out to be. On another note congrats to your LaMarque football team Pete for stopping that twice as big school 38-14. Looks like another state championship. Hire him Ball High, it's not too late.

I can catch all the flounder I want in the D-ditch. I want a meat haul on some freckled fish. Pete can have the red carp.

I have a friend that had a condo at Matagorda Dunes for years. I used to spend way too much time down there. Always had a good time and caught some fish too. I went down for the first time in years this summer. Riverbend Tavern is still there though with new ownership. Wish I could remember all the fun we had there. I miss the swing bridge.

Have a good time. Hope you whack em.

I'm going to bring you a five gallon bucket of red fish fillets, Bruce, Sawdust doesn't care for reds either. Ole Charlie can fish his azz off and me and sawdust gonna put some pressure on him if he can find 'em. Coach Pete is still learning the game and this trip will hopefully zero him in. Gonna be fun, no doubt.
