Back to the drawing board.., counter offers made, getting closer but I will not go higher. Might shut this one down and look at others (many for sale) in that area.
So party is on hold and heading up to our place on Lake Conroe for the Toyota Bass tourney. If they change their mind..,great.., if not, will start a new search on Monday.

Just got back from a mini vacation in Wisconsin and had a note from the Realtor. Owner countered his own counter so we should know something tomorrow.
We had looked at a few others but would always come back to the original one on Marlin. Might have to start icing the beer after all.

Make sure your neighbors don't have too many obnoxious barking dogs! I have about 12 dogs surrounding me that CONSTANTLY bark and fight thru the fence. It's the only complaint about living here. Maybe you'll get lucky and not have so many dogs nearby. GOOD LUCK!!Comment
