i've been here since 1967 on and off,since 1997 full time and it fits me to a tee. i like the low RR bridge because it keeps the bigger boats out and the property values in check. Omega Bay is about the same, only a little more pricey and a little higher in elv. if you're not close to the bridge it can take a while to get out to the bay. JMO.

This one is almost to the tracks so it looks like the idle to the bridge wouldn't take that long. Thanks for the comments.

Thanks, I agree. The West facing would be a hot one on the deck during the 9 or 10 months of summer we have here. The one my wife likes does face East.

Plus i have always done good at the bridge with flounder! Both sides.

BV is an excellent choice,It has great Fire protection Good police force and is in close proximity to the highway!The crabbin aint to shabby either,LOL! Buy it and we'll be there for your house warming!
