Got a stainless prop for the boat and having issues getting the beat up aluminum one off. It is not going to be easy. The hub on the old one is steel and rusted pretty badly.
Here are a few pics of the old one the new one and the stuck hub.
Anyone have any ideas how to get this thing off of there besides a cutting torch and an air chisel? I may have to pay to get it changed out.

A flywheel puller should work just fine on that.

Yeh tx is right i have a couple pully pullers that might work.

I thought about that, but don't know how I would get it inside to attach it inside the prop?

It is very nice. I had Mike Hood refurbish it. My dad had it, but never put it on. It should help the performance of the boat a ton, but I am sure I will tear it up soon enough, just not as quickly as an aluminum.

Start soaking the hub in PB Blaster, at least 24 hours. Add more every couple of hours or so. Then get a small torch and heat the hub. Keep the flame on the hub and not on the shaft. Heat for 3-5 minutes then hit with a rubber mallet from the rear. Reheat and rehit until it breaks free. Good luck!
