Ben still playing? I have known Ben since before he had a guitar. We were brother sailboard (windsurfer) racers back in the 90's, and we picked a few tunes together in the mid-90's. I would really like to see him play now.

And - damn - would love to do the Roadhouse tonight - but it is Roller Derby night - semifinals for Houston Roller Derby league championship. Gotta see dem girls skate.

Well I made it to The Road House last night for some good music and a little light adult consumption! This was my first time in the Road House. Its a clean, open, well managed place with sports bar big screens and all the sports bar trimmings! nice venue with a great waitstaff, and a lot of local character And as far as the music goes,Heck if you guys havent been to see Mike and Dirt Road your really missing out on some great talent&good tunes! Mike introduced Mrs Ibtsoom, and I will say she is the better half.... and with that Im out,It was a real pleasure being there!
