There are also local races on the ballot. The government at the local level is the one that affects you the most, and conversely your vote effects it the most, but by all means stay home.

Might as well. With the new voter i.d. laws, I don't know if my registration card and driver license will suffice any more. I'll wait for November, thanks.

Unfortunately I am going to be on major drugs after the surgery so i am going to have to miss it but there are some big local races that I would like to weigh in on.
