92 model Shoal Water 18' with 98 model 90HP Yamaha for Sale

I have a buddy of mine that got a DWI Recently, and needs to sale his little Shoalwater boat. It has had a few fiberglass repairs that need to be prettied up, and a few rail damages from hitting the dock. I have fished the boat for many many years, and it is a real shallow boat. The deck was raised and replaced about 6 years ago and foam filled by Shoalwater. The motor is a 90HP Yamaha, I rebuilt it 4 years ago and have maintained it since so you know it runs perfect. Compressions are 118-120. Needs a tilt and trim motor, and how ever buys it, my buddy will pay me to put a new one on for them. He's asking $5,100.00 OBO. 3rd pic looks like water needs draining from massive rains lately, If I had no boat I would definately be a contender for this rig, saw it up close and didnt know it was for sale as the boats are useually there for work.Its in that pretty affordable ballpark!!!
