A Benificial Use area similar to N Deer is planned on the west end along the ICW inside the spoils area and by the Tiki Channel.

Of course they did, yeah right. From looking at the permit it does not appear that it should have any affect. The two Beneficial Use areas should provide good habitat. The barrier on the south side could be good habitat if they use the reef balls. Down side is more boats & yaks in Jones.
