Repairing rod guides????

Does anyone knows someone around Sugar Land are(10 miles) that would replace the guide on one of my rods. I HAVE THIS OLD ROD BUT THE ACTION IS PERFECT.

Help would be deeply appreciated

I was going to say Marsh Rat as well, but I saw he was in Sugarland.
