How does the water usually do with that wind direction? Clear it up or make it muddy?

Depends on how hard its blowing. NE wind has a tendency to chocolate things up a bit pretty quickly if it's in the 15 to 20mph range.

NNE & NE blow straight down the bay and tend to do several things, make it choppy and off-color and push water in making tides higher.
