Some sorry punk spray painted a bull and the word "conquista" on a Picasso painting at the Menil Collection in Houston. The vandalism was caught on video, and it appeared he used a stencil and small spray can. It should be fairly easy to clean and repair.
As a side note, in the early 70's a punk named Tony Shafrazi, vandalized Picasso's famous WW II mural "Guernica". 30 years later he became one of the most powerful art gallery owners in New York. Go figure!
