Rat reds and baby trout at the windmill!

Havent had any luck lately at the windmill in chocolate. Nothing but small trout and rat reds.....??

I don't know where the windmill is. You've probably fished chocolate more than I have but I drift long reef and fish that shoreline between amerado cut to new bayou. Lurefisher ain't giving up no spots or he'd said something by now. lol.
