Is it a requirement to leave a note before you off yourself?
These old ball players go through a tough time when they're done. Think of all the head trauma, the concussions...this leads to migraines, feeling obsolete and low that they're not playing anymore...couple all that with depression and you get a deadly combination. No one kills themselves by a shot in the chest...unless your wanting to save your brain for something, which I truly believe Seau was doing. This will help with research on the whole concussion thing that's going on with the former NFL players right now.

Saving His brain for research? How can they say that without instuctions from Him? Only time will tell. Didn't He have domestic issues before? I just find it strange to shoot yourself in the chest for suicide. I guess driving off a cliff don't work. God bless Him and His family.
