  • Why the super high tides?

Ran down to do a quick recon this a.m.
Tide level was WAY up. Suoer high tide.

    Whats the reason for it?
Spring tides have come and gone.
    Wind hasn't been an issue.

A:Storm or low pressure that just went into LA and Mississippi?

B: Polar ice melt and global warming.

    C: G-Town is sinking

D: So many fish in the bay/surf right now, blame it on water displacement. When bountyhunter caught that 27 3/4 the other day, I heard the tide dropped out 1/2 a foot.

    I'll choose D!

Who knows, but i sure wish it would get back to normal.

Those fish are scattered to hell and back with this high tide.
