Done! Thanks for bringing back the marina in full force JT, sure is nice to jump in the golf cart rather than drive to J.B.

WTF is Change.org? I got a email from some guy thanking me. The site looks like a PETA/Obama community organizing website!

I would like to set a few things straight regarding the complaints about the noise at the Marina. Up until now, there was never any intent to STOP music at the Marina....only to control the volume. I'm sure it's a safe bet that most of you would not like to hear loud music, obnoxious language, fist fights in the parking lot,
etc....on a regular basis in your front or back yards. We contacted the Manager on several occasions, as did others, with regards to turning the music down. We were then told not to call anymore. That left us no alternative but to file police complaints. Never once has the owner or the manager attempted to meet with us to discuss any type of resolution to this issue. We are to respect them as a business but they don't have to respect any of us as neighbors who are impacted by the loud noise? We expect this establishment to live up and abide by the ordinances that regulate them. That includes mowing the grass, noise and picking up trash. It is expected of other business, why not this one?

I don't expect to change anyone's mind here but I do think it's important to know the truth about the circumstances. At least now you have both sides before you act. BTW, I received my copy of the petition in todays' mail....I won't be signing.

Awe, you should sign. It's ridiculous for a single individual to try to ruin things for so many others, especially since no laws are being broken. I'm certain if you think about it, you'll agree.
