I tried them back in Fla in the surf, and off a Yak once. Between the pinfish and the Lizzard fish,
I could not but a bite. Might give it a go here tho, and see what happens.

I do the same as Moe make your own. Match the hatch and it will pay off.

I rig mine using a blood loop. This keeps your line at about 90%. Or you can use a three way swivel to make the tandem.
