Memorial services for Victor Martinez will be held Saturday, March 31st at 11am at Froberg's Funeral Home in Alvin. The family has asked that in lieu in flowers donations be made to your favorite charity or to the Victor Martinez Memorial Fund. For me to say I'm sad doesn't even come close. In my mind you where a super man that could never die and now that he is so suddenly gone I feel so much weaker. I knew he had a condition but it was never for me nothing much more than nothing a swallow of beer couldn't handle but that swallow has punched me in the face...I don't know what else to say other than Vic, I wish I could had soaked up a lot more time with you...I miss your calm presence in a way no one else can calm my soul. Something about you was special from a ordinary man... can only hope our lord finds it OK for me to find room for me to be in your company...God Speed Vic.
