Well, I picked up my magazine to finish reading it & noticed it was the April edition, there is a small section of articles that are part of their annual April fools edition.
      Today is a new day!!

            First sign in.

I just signed in for the first time. Glad to be aboard. I haven't been fishing since last year but I will probably start going down to my son's weekend place in Bayou Vista during the week and get the jonboat bottom wet in Jones Bay. I will move all my gig equipment down and leave it there so I can go any time. I am fully retired and don't "Have To " be anywhere I don't want to be. I'm looking forward to looking at the other threads. I don't think I would want to tackle one of those 100 Lb flounders but I might try one at 20 - 25 Lbs with a gig.

Can you imagine walking up on a 100lb flounder in the bay? One would have to use a bang stick instead of a gig the size of a noodl!!! HAR!

              ^^^^^.

With a 100 pound flounder lurking around while wading , fear of stingrays diminishes . Your footed wade boot may look like a mullet .

Looking forward to some fishing reports STANMINCHA .
