  • Moses lake?

Does anyone know the tide difference at the Moses lake flood gate? It's nearly a two hour tide difference from tx city to eagle point.

Split the difference I guess?? I looked at the chart and it looked like 5 hr difference from T/C to E/P on a high. I would say cut it in half on a high tide.

I think where Moses Lake is conerned it would be hard to chart a true high or low because everything comes in or leaves through the flood gate that would also be affected by the strength of the tidal movement!

I have my boat out at Eagle Point and that is a 4 hour difference from the Galveston Bay entrance(South Jetty). I always estimate it to be about 3.5 to 4 hours to Moses Lake.

Are you fishing inside Moses or just at the gate?
