Appernty i did something to piss some one off now my truck is telling me to GTFo....


error code p0305 misfire on number 5 cylinder als0 my front bushings and possibly the shocks are failing

went to the store and my truck started running really rough at 500 rpm with a slight egg smell with the check engine light blinking it was low on coolant but it had enough and the oil is fine.


the truck has coils not plugs in it had them changed in winter 2009 early 2010.

any idea 2004 dodge ram 1500 3.7l v6

Replace coil on cyl #5, I had a new coil once only last 2 weeks.

Don't think bushings and shocks have anything to do with the way it runs.Rotten egg smell yor running really cheap gas.Put some good gas in it.

yea the bushing and shocks was just the other problem that just happen 2 days ago just saying when it rains it pours.

All great advice. Get that ignition coil changed before things get worse. I think the rotten egg comes from fuel containing a sulpher additive. If you have a dead cyinder, the additive is not being properly burned off. Use your Lutes tournament money to fix it. I am taking first place in something!!!!!

Anyone got suggestions on a shop to go to in pearland near 518 Dixie farm

i took the leads off the battery to reset the computer but the negitive pole looks like someone took a chisel to it it was all bowed out had the bend the connetion open to get it to come off so looks like a new battery is needed as well as coils (hopefully) and im hopeing my shocks are ok for now and just gunna re do the bushings

Your truck has 8 coils, just replace #5, easy to do.
