  • Some more Kitchen Passes are in my Future!!!!!

Treated my wife to a speical Mother's Day and she was very pleased. First off it started on Saturday, when we wouldn't let her do any of the house work, my son and I did it all. She was able to go out and ride her horses. Then in the afternoon I took her to Tractor Supply, her favorite store (did I mention I love this woman ) so she could get some needed horse supplies. Then to HEB for her to pick out what ever she wanted for her Mother's Day Dinner.

Sunday my son fixed her a lite breakfast in bed. She told him nothing heavy so she could go ride her horses again. Then in the evening my daughter and soon to be Son-in-Law came over and pitched in on the grand Mother's Day Feast. Grilled Steak and Lobster, plus boiled shrimp and all the trimmings.

Needless to say, I've got a couple KPs coming, just got to use them wisely....

Here are a few pictures of the Feast......

That food looks great and is making me hungry. Good work on making it a special day and even if you do not get a couple of KP's, she will remember it for some time!

Great job Man! Now was this a freudian slip?

" . . . came over and pitched in on the grand Mother's Day Feast."

I can neither confirm or deny if that was a slip......

Good job on the mothers day meal. Food looks awesome and a few hall pass are always nice. I earned a few brownie points w/the future mother-n-law sunday bringing her some fresh trout fillets from sunday morning.
